陈志锐（首席评判）
陈志锐博士，剑桥大学汉学博士，国立教育学院副教授。发起新加坡全国学生文学奖、新加坡诗歌节。曾获多项文学与美术奖。撰写并主编华文创作、中英文学术论著逾20种，《狮城地标诗学》获2018新加坡文学奖。
Tan Chee Lay (Chief Judge)
Writer-artist Dr Tan Chee Lay is an Associate Professor at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. He has a PhD in Oriental Studies (Chinese Literature) from Cambridge University. He won the Golden Point Award, Young Artist Award, Singapore Youth Award, and Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Award. He has published over 20 creative writing and academic books, including Landmark Poetics of the Lion City, which clinched the 2018 Singapore Literature Prize.
潘碧华
现任教于马来亚大学中文系高级讲师，马来西亚华文作家协会会长。潘碧华博士专业研究中国古代诗词、马来西亚华文文学和华人文化。著有散文集学术专著有《马华文学的时代记忆》。主编《马华文学奖系》。
Fan Pik Wah
Dr Fan Pik Wah is a senior lecturer in the Department of Chinese Studies at the University of Malaya and Secretary of The Malaysian Chinese Writers Association of Chinese Medium of Malaysia. Her research areas include classical Chinese poetry and Malaysian Chinese literature and culture. She is the author and editor of several essay and academic collections, including Memory of Malaysian Chinese Literature, Malaysian Chinese Literature Series.
罗智成
诗人、作家、文化评论者。罗智成，现为台湾师范大学国文系兼任副教授及文化事业负责人。著有诗集《梦中书房》、《迷宫书店》等。出版故事、散文、评论、游记及旅游摄影集共二十余种。
Lo Chih Cheng
Lo Chih Cheng is a Taiwanese poet, writer and literary critic who has published more than 20 books of poetry, prose, critical essays, travel writing, and various translations. He has taught at several universities, served official positions at government bodies, and worked as editor and publisher at media companies. His works include Bookstore in a Dream and The Bookstore Maze.
