潘正镭，作家，曾任《联合早报》副刊主任，《新明日报》总编辑。作品有诗、散文及报道文集。荣获法国国家文学暨艺术骑士级勋章。
Pan Cheng Lui (Chief Judge)
Pan Cheng Lui is a writer and a former editor of Shin Min Daily News. He has published 17 titles of poetry, prose, reportage, and various anthologies. He received the Chevalier de I’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres from the government of France in 2012.

Liang Hong
Liang Hong is a writer and a professor at Renmin University of China. She has published nonfiction works including China in Liang Zhuang and Out of Liang Zhuang, short story collection The Holy Family, novels including The Light of Liang Guangzheng and Four Images, and academic works including Construction of New Enlightenment Discourse. She won the 7th Wenjin Books Award of National Library of China, 2010 Yazhou Zhoukan Top 10 Nonfiction Books, and the 2nd Zhu Ziqing Prose Award.

流苏，南洋理工大学哲学博士。从事华文教学与师资培训，现为兼职讲师。散文集《蔷薇边缘》获2018年新加坡文学奖（散文）首奖。
Liu Su (Liw Pei Kien)
Liu Su has a Doctoral degree in Philosophy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). She is presently a part-time lecturer at NTU and the National Institute of Education (NIE). She has published six collections of essays and a collection of short fiction. She was the co-winner in Creative Nonfiction in Chinese for the Singapore Literature Prize in 2018.
