张曦娜（首席评判）
张曦娜，曾任新加坡人民协会《民众报》记者及编辑，现职新加坡《联合早报》副刊高级执行级记者。曾多次获得“全国短篇小说创作比赛”及“金狮奖创作比赛”小说组及散文组冠、亚军，以及马来西亚花踪奖“世界华文小说比赛”。2000年获颁“东南亚文学奖”。2013年获颁“新华文学奖”。已结集出版的作品有短篇小说集《张曦娜小说选》、《变调》、《镜花》、《掠过的风》，散文集《岁月流金》、《开罗紫玫瑰》、《走过的风情》，以及报道文学《大姑速写》、《客答问》等。
Teoh Hee La (Chief Judge)
Teoh Hee La is a senior correspondent with Chinese newspaper Lianhe Zaobao. She has won 12 regional short story awards. In 1990 and 1994, she won the acclaimed National Development Council of Singapore Book Award and the Golden Lion Award in 1985, 1987, 1989 and 1991. In 2000, she won the S.E.A. Write Award. She has published 10 fiction and nonfiction works.
林康
林康，原名林沛。从事小说、散文、诗创作，文学评论，文学翻译。历任杂志编辑，电台与报刊特约撰稿，新马两地若干文学创作比赛评审。
Lin Kang
Lin Kang is the pseudonym of Lim Pai. He has written novels, prose, and poetry and produced numerous literary commentaries and translations. He has also served as a magazine editor, wrote for radio and newspapers, and sat on the juries of numerous literary award panels in Singapore and Malaysia.

Lo Wei Yu
Lo Wei Yu is a Taiwanese novelist who is a veteran literary awards judge and winner of numerous prizes for his fiction works and essays. His works include Restless Memories, I Was Not the First to Know, and To Each His Own.
