Deputy Directory Kenneth Quek and Senior Manager Celine Chow are in London right now representing the Book Council at the London Book Fair. The Singapore Booth has been built up to make it look like a kopitiam back home, and even though Kenneth is mopping the floors, I don't think they're actually serving any kopi.
Many of our local publishers are well-represented at the booth, including Epigram Books, Ethos Books, Lingzi Media, Marshall Cavendish, and Monsoon Books. The publishers who could not make it to the fair are represented at the NBDCS station, including Bubbly Books, Math Paper Press, and our own AFCC Press.
