Translation & Adaptation - Exploring Possibilities
Facilitated by Zelda Tatiana Ng of GroundZ-0 原。空間 a Singapore-based, multilingual, intercultural and interdisciplinary space that aims to explore and produce thought-provoking works, this programme serves as a platform to experiment with the translation and adaptation of print to stage.
Submit a proposal of your plans to either translate or adapt the poem "Quiet" by Eleanor Wong and get a chance to present it to audiences in Singapore and the region.

Picture Book Matters with Eva Wong Nava and Debasmita Dasgupta
Through this series of online workshops, participants will learn how picture books of all genres, including graphic novels as well as silent picture books, are created for the traditional publishing market.
There will be a one-to-one manuscript critique session with the facilitators as part of the course.

Seize the Day: A Celebration of Yeng Pway Ngon (活在当下: 英培安追思会)
Join us in a celebration of the late Cultural Medallion and Singapore Literature Prize winner 英培安 (Yeng Pway Ngon). Writers, translators and publishers will gather to reflect on his life and contributions to the literary arts scene, delving into his works and beliefs, as well as his impact on writers and readers today. The late Mr Yeng wrote close to 30 works, including acclaimed novels such as《騷動》(Unrest, 2002),《我與我自己的二三事》(Trivialities About Me and Myself, 2006) and《画室》(Art Studio, 2011), which all won the Singapore Literature Prize.
